Editorial policy

Useful, attributable, and open to correction.

Who · How · Why

The standard behind every guide.

01

Who is responsible

TaskStable Editorial is the named organizational author. The team is accountable for the published page, its sources, product claims, and corrections.

02

How the guide is produced

A guide starts with a real operating question, is structured around a practical decision, and is checked against cited primary or authoritative sources when external facts are used.

03

Why it exists

The purpose is to help a startup or small business make a better workflow decision—even when the useful answer is smaller than adopting more software.

01

Sources and evidence

When a guide relies on external facts, standards, statistics, or regulatory context, we prefer primary sources and authoritative institutions. Sources are listed on the article page so readers can inspect them directly.

02

Product and commercial transparency

TaskStable publishes this library and sells project management software. Guides may link to TaskStable features, pricing, integrations, or migration pages when they are relevant. We separate product claims from general operating guidance and do not present marketing preference as independent research.

03

Updates and dates

Every article shows its original publication date and current review or update date. We change the modification date only when the content has been materially reviewed or revised—not merely to make a page appear fresh.

04

Automation and editorial responsibility

Software tools may assist research organization, drafting, formatting, or quality checks. TaskStable Editorial remains responsible for the published result, including accuracy, sourcing, usefulness, and corrections.

05

Corrections

If a factual statement, source, product detail, or attribution appears wrong, email hello@taskstable.com with the page URL and supporting context. Confirmed errors are corrected in the page and reflected in its modification date.
